Dr. Schwarz attended Case Western Reserve University School of medicine from 1989-1993. He completed a traditional medicine residency 1993-1996 at Boston Medical Center – a combined program of the former Boston City Hospital and Boston University Medical Center. He then completed a Primary Care Chief Residency at the same institution in 1997. He was a DHMC General Internist from 1997 to 2007 when he enthusiastically opened his own practice with the assistance of many local and national leaders in medical education and clinical medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Certified in Palliative Care.

Cyndi Briggs is the Office Manager; she worked at DHMC and for Town of Thetford VT before coming to Hanover Continuity Clinic.

Jennifer Madden is a medical secretary, she has medical experience in General Medicine at DHMC.
