Dr. Schwarz attended Case Western Reserve University School of medicine from 1989-1993. He completed a traditional medicine residency 1993-1996 at Boston Medical Center – a combined program of the former Boston City Hospital and Boston University Medical Center. He then completed a Primary Care Chief Residency at the same institution in 1997. He was a DHMC General Internist from 1997 to 2007 when he enthusiastically opened his own practice with the assistance of many local and national leaders in medical education and clinical medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Certified in Palliative Care.
Dr. Medora grew up in Princeton Junction, N.J. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She received her M.D. degree from Tulane Medical School, and her Masters of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She completed her Primary Care / Internal Medicine residency at Cambridge Hospital, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She then completed an Occupational Medicine residency at the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute at Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine. She was the Medical Director of Employee Health Services and had an Internal Medicine practice at the University Medical Center at Princeton until moving to the Upper Valley in 2005 to work in General Internal Medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. In May 2011, she joined Hanover Continuity Clinic. Dr. Medora enjoys all aspects of adult medical care, ranging from adolescent medicine to geriatrics. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Certified Independent Medical Examiner.
Caroline Dawkins started her career in the medical field in 2003 when she took a position at a Podiatrist office, here she excelled in Medicare relations and patient advocacy. In 2008 Caroline accepted a part time position as an Office Manager for a psychologist where she explored Behavioral Health and continues to do so as a part time career.
In 2010 Caroline attended Lebanon College and graduated from the Medical Coding Program in 2011. After sitting for the certification exam, Caroline is now a Certified Professional Coder. Caroline joined Hanover Continuity Clinic in October 2011 as the Office Manager, in hopes to help maintain patient support and medical care in a warm and caring environment for both patients and their families.
Caroline lives in West Lebanon, NH with her fiancé Robert and their two dogs Sawyer and Bella.
Pamela Boisvert grew up in Hartford, VT and moved to Lebanon, NH in 1981. She began working at Dartmouth College in the 1980's, moving onto the banking industry, a car dealership and settled into DHMC in 1993. At DHMC Pam gathered much experience working in Otolaryngology/Audiology and Pulmonary for the next 18 years. Her desire for a more personalized atmosphere led her to join our team in 2011.
Pam currently resides in Lebanon, NH with her husband Jim and their dog Bailey. She enjoys spending time with her family including her children and grandchildren.
